Lets get straight to it – I friggin’ love FRS (Free Radical Scavenger) Healthy Energy drinks and chews. I love the taste, I love the solid energy, I love the contents…love it, love it, love it. The boost I receive is remarkable. There isn’t a spike associated with it (no big drop or dive in energy). Also, for those of you with questionable bowels (like me), you don’t get gut-rot. Its solid!

I consume FRS before the gym (6x’s a week) and before soccer (two matches per week). It has made my workouts more productive. It has sustained me through soccer. I will sometimes drink one Sunday morning (my day off) as a morning pick-me-up.
